There is a 4K television viewable from the outdoor bar and pool deck, a great place to escape and watch sports or relive a day of air played pictures for your group at cocktail hour.
The lawn within the hedge is great for bocce and other games. Outside the hedge there’s a stone fire pit, a hammock grove, more trail access and golf.
Four tee locations outside the hedge provide residents with par three golf toward the single green from different angles and distances (120, 90, 60 and 30 yards). Obstacles include pitching over pines from below the infinity pool, shots straight down the fairway with rough that’s unforgiving on slices and a sand trap by the green.

First Floor

The ground floor king bedroom suite has a generously-sized bedroom with an olive desk and two sitting chairs. The bedroom opens to its own covered back porch and sitting area that leads to the pool and back patio. The suite features a walk-in closet, a separately closeted washer/dryer, a clawfoot tub, a large indoor shower, dual sinks and a private outdoor shower with a vista of Weweeder Marsh to start your day with bird songs, morning mist and sunrises through distant trees.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a pool table with mounted TV, foosball, a mahogany bar and a decorative range (the original range from The Club Car restaurant in town). There is a separate lounge with a built-in 4K television with 5.1 surround sound. There is an office on this floor with a desk, sitting area, Wi-Fi-enabled HP all-in-one printer and one full bath (with shower).
